Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current carrier conditions. Please note that international suppliers ship directly to you, so delivery windows can vary slightly by product.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly.

 

Delays

FurHaven is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
